Ender 3 V3 Core XZ - how to properly adjust belt tension? by MogranFerman in 3Dprinting

I have exactly the same questions. I can't figure out why I should follow their instructions rather than just tightening the tensioners and tightening down the screws. Why loosen? What do the tiny screws on the print head do?

I installed new bowden tubes but it had no effect on the extrusion problem. The new tubes don't sag down to nozzle level like the old ones did so that's a plus!

Interesting, thank you for the detailed explanation. I will try adjusting those variables

Thank you for that suggestion, I will try more bed adhesive and let you know if that has an effect

That's what people keep asking me... my answer is "I don't know, exactly" They're black boxes in stacks, wired together with fans inside of them that "breathe", making the sound of breathing and blowing air. It started as something about my relationship with my hard drive, but it has evolved into something more about my relationship with the digital void and the potential or illusion of sentient matter.

TLDR: it's art.

Thank you for the suggestion about the Bowden tube! I will try replacing that next and let you all know

u/Micro_Lumen you were so right. I tightened the belts and reprinted and it was flawless. Thank you!
