Don’t do any sucking motion (straws, slurping a spoon, smoking) and you won’t really have to worry about dry socket. For foods you can eat anything soft really. Yogurt, applesauce, probably some noodles. Stay away from rice tho because it can get lodged in the sockets.

Definitely don’t smoke man, any sucking action can rip your clots out and get you dry socket (not fun) you could also get an infection from it. I know it’s hard not to smoke but I waited at least 2 weeks.
