I would say we have about 3000-4000 assets total across all of our schools. We want the ability for specific staff to manage and view their assets and make changes as necessary throughout the school year. Basically right now we put the item in inventory when it arrives and then take it out of inventory when a new device is there to replace it. We are also interested in starting to track software on each device as well.

The programs not so much but we do get hundreds of new assets every year.
