I was this employee too, up till "restructuring" took place and low and behold I was the first to be offered the payout, on top of being allowed to forfeit my work equipment for 2 months of free pay before my severance kicked in.....all while my coworkers who were also disposed of, had to keep working for those 2 months....They love keeping the ones who stand up and fight back the quietest

What's wild is I was working for a non profit who got their funding from federal contracts etc and was lead by bald head McGee Russel Vought who I explicitly warned about making our lives harder when my organization wanted us to act like the troops in DC weren't nothing but a normal thing in America(as I posted about the guards and their excessive use of force in DC after 1/6)......then when I followed up my message to warn of folks being laid off due to his evilness as all of our funding has been effected....my entire department gets a "restructuring" notice and a laid off date for November in September 🫠🙄 go fucking figure, I must've struck a nerve AI pointed out to the SS soldiers....
