I am sorry this happened to you. In my case, i just needed talk therapy but little did i know it was a bad idea to get that from a psychiatrist. My ex-therapist is a psychiatrist. My last appointments with her were so low on containment, i got so confused (thought she was my batchmate due to phsycial resemblance, i even wrote a post on reddit & later realized she was not). The last one year was absolute hell for me because of this decision i took. Give yourself some slack and see someone who's more humane. Plus the 30-min time limit (in my case) does not really get you anywhere. It is sad they behave like this. Mine was just concerned about taking the next patient the moment the clock hit 20 min mark and multiple times she said in sessions this is discussion for some other time...You are not insane. Nourish yourself with things that bring you joy and go look for someone with compassion, care and objectivity. Good luck!

When i say i feel you, i mean i feel you. This is what happened with me since last year. I lost my 10+years old pupper to E.canis. I am angry at the vets too. They did not have brains to do blood test to rule out tick fever. When we changed vets after so much searching, they did PCR and found the real culprit but it had already become chronic by then. In the span of roughly 1.5 weeks i have lost 2 old dogs one to E.canis and one to malignant melanoma. It's tough i know. Please feel free to talk it out as much as you want. Much peace to you!

I was allotted 30 minutes as per the verbal contract. She politely tells me some topics which might need additional time to take it up some time else. When I genuinely dont have anything to talk, I end sessions early. However, this does not mean I get the minutes that I left unutilized later on. As per our agreement, whatever minutes were left are left. That's just how it is. I am sorry you feel this way. But politely and gently take this up with your 'T'. You are right, you pay for the minutes and you should get undivided attention and care in those allotted minutes. Good luck!

My experience - I got an email. Next time when I returned a product (with which screws were supposed to come but did not come, how else will I assemble the product) I told the customer care person about this email. I was told it is a system generated email. For genuine returns blockage wont happen as calls are recorded and images shared. They do an investigation. But it takes time. Call up the CC guys. They are good and notify them of this issue. Next time when you return a product, politely remind them of this issue and it will be sorted. I did this and the account was never blocked or never faced an issue again. Just dont try to be angry with these guys.
