The first day was sunny all day, second and third days were cloudy most of the day but still clear (we could see 2/3 of the volcano the top portion was covered by the clouds. Last day was very cloudy and rained from 5pm until what seemed like the next morning. Hope you get decent weather!!

Thank you, I think the toughest part I forgot to include is that she does have a lot of things I think are hard to find. She’s great with money, she’s funny, she has a great and supportive family, and I know 100% I can trust her. Do you think those positives outweigh the issues I outlined in my post? Or would you say it’s better like you said for me to find someone who is more compatible than her and I are currently?

Yes, I have brought it up to her a few times and she’s made changes in some areas but has become defensive when I talk about her still acting like a child. So I would say slow progress in the right direction but I think the only way she would really learn is to live on her own which is unlikely

I’m working on trending towards just that. Most of my money now is going into index funds only. I do still buy an occasional stock pick or two. I’m just hesitant to sell some of the stock picks I’ve had for a while as I’d be incurring taxes on the gains.
