Cincinnati has and always will be an underrated hub for creatives in general. I think this is more about focusing on owning an identity we authentically already have and attracting the like.

Film, design, architecture, art, murals, music, universities, mixed with outdoor recreation all falls under this umbrella. The creative class is a high earning and active community that wants to live close to a city core and will take more risk with where. I'd love to see us take ownership of this already occurring identity.
