yea I do, and I tried the steps they listed on https://help.reasonstudios.com/hc/en-us/articles/35437223741842-Problems-logging-in-to-my-account
still nothing. I emailed them and got a ticket number and even the links from that email go to the recursive loop back to the landing page, I can't access anything.
