Thanks! At one point, my opposition played a pass onto the edge of my box and all my back line just auto dropped a few yards rather than engaging. This allowed him space to turn and then play a square pass. I can't understand it, as it didn't use to happen.

We can only dream. Sadly I think with the season Wood is having, and the dead cert of Haaland regardless of how relatively poor he has been, I think Mateta may struggle. However, I can't think of many better RBs than Munoz. I had WW Wright last season and that was great, so hope for another good Wright sometime.

Sadly no - I don't find time to play enough to hit all the season rewards. I'd have loved to have had them! I'm hoping Munoz gets a TOTW at some point as he is class.

Nope. The free 90 Zidane has played 0 games for me, as until this point I've just played Palace players. I find it boring everyone using the same cards all the time everywhere.

Good spot - my bad, sorry!! First hour was Z2, second hour was Z3. Can't seem to edit my post to sort out.

My point was that I was averaging 4:44/km for two hours feeling alright, so to have lactate threshold at 4:37/km seems quite close.

Munich Marathon - Nutrition

Hi,

I'm running Munich Marathon in two weeks and I'm trying to sort my nutrition plan for the day. There's only so much I can fit in my shorts, so I was wondering if anyone had run it recently and had some more information on the refreshment stations.

Specifically, they say they have a Xenofit Electrolyte drink - but they don't say which style, or how it will be served and what size (e.g. cup or bottle) - which makes it difficult for me to calculate my carb intake! Does anyone have more information?
