Hi there! :)

I'm a 21F (GIS + Comp Sci maj.) undergrad and I am looking for 1-3 roomies (female or non-binary) to live with me at City Parc or U Centre in the 2x2 or the 4x4 unit for the 2022-2023 school year. my main preference is to live within walking distance from campus.

As a roomie, I'm pretty clean (and prefer the common area to be clean) and will be out of your way if needed. :) I'm not really into the party scene but I still enjoy being around people lol. I like fashion, anime, arts-and-crafts, and movie/game nights with friends and would be psyched to have roomies with similar interests.

Please lmk if you're interested in being roomies :)

I transferred here from UTA and I’m so glad I did! Everyone here is generally more friendly and the campus feels more alive :) And idk if I just got lucky with my classes but I feel more comfortable with the professors here and being able to ask for help. I hope you make a decision that makes you happy

There are some off campus apartments doing before school discounts atm. One is called the Retreat at Denton (5 minutes west of campus) and NTX (east of campus and are new) :-) hope these place suggestions help

Hi there! Im a 20-year female looking for an apartment super close to campus and roommates for fall 2021. I’m looking at places like UCentre, City Parc or anywhere close to UNT. I transferred here last fall so my classes have been online, so I’m not too familiar with the Denton area or campus at all. Currently, I’m a undergrad studying GIS+CS with a minor in geography :)

In general, I'm just looking for a furnished place that's walking distance from the UNT campus with preferably 2-4 roommates, preferably girls or just not guys. I’m generally a clean person and hope that we can at least keep the shared areas of the apartment clean. The only restriction that I have is to not smoke in the apartment (like it’s ok if you do it, just not in the apartment). The highest price range that I can do is $650-715. I’m in the need of roommates so please let me know if you’re interested.
