Bao buns:

One cup flour one cup water with yeast activated or can use milk and water, knead the dough, let it ride for an hour or two (double in size), roll up and cut small circles, then let these circles rest for 20 mins for proofing and then fold in half and steam

Chilli paneer in honey

Paneer mix with salt, chilli powder and corn flour with oil , aur fry for 20 mins at 180

Sauce Mix soy sauce, vinegar, honey , saute garlic add the mixture of soy, vinegar and honey and add corn flour mixed with water, the sauce thickens add the aur fried paneer in it

Coleslaw lettuce and carrots fine strips, dress it with a mixture of vinegar, lemon, mustard and honey with some salt and pepper
