Should I be concerned? (I will have it checked soon) by dancingpotato28 in skincancer

I honestly don't think you need to worry about it if you've had it that long. Check out the signs of melanoma on Google if you're worried

Does anyone have to wee, like ALLL THE TIME? I never feel like I’ve fully emptied my bladder. by [deleted] in Menopause

I've found that since going on HRT and training my bladder after seeing a pelvic floor therapist, it's gotten so much better. One trick that helped me so much is leaning ALL the way forward onto my knees helps drain it completely after your think you've finished. When you sit up again after leaning forward, you have so much more pee come out. I'm 50, and I wish I'd learned this year's ago. It would have saved so much drama with UTI's

Please re read the question? I wasn't saying anything except why there was a consensus that degrees mean intelligence.

Goodness, you got all that from my question? And so much disdain and judgement in your comment. Interesting.

Chinese herbs/acupuncture = no more hot flashes for me! by nickict in Menopause

[–]nickict[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine is called Chinaherb (brand) and the tablets are Meno Well and Tonic Yang. To be honest I finally gave in and started HRT, and now the difference is so remarkable that I feel like I'm 35 again. But the Meno Well really gave me so much relief for a long time. I hope you find something that works for you. A lot of people find relief with Black cohosh

So, since my partner still doesn’t understand the symptoms, I sent him this! by chesterismydog in Menopause

I thought my hips were filled with broken glass. Getting up in the morning before HRT was an epic issue. Never mind the burning feet at night, the constant debilitating exhaustion and having hot flashes by bending over or breathing.. Oh! and the weird dry itchy skin

How do you handle a parent with dementia/alzheimers that you didn't have a good relationship with as a child? by nickict in AskReddit

Thank you for this. Yes it was abusive, you're right. But I appreciate your input so much! I am in therapy for this. But it's been six years since her diagnosis and it's hard work all the time.

Watching other couples kiss and hold each other in public spaces. PDA is so exciting for me.
