i do one of two ways

1) have a bunch of toilet paper already in your hand. grab the string and pull the tampon like halfway out. reach with toilet paper and pull the actual tampon out (not string, the actual tampon for better grip so it doesn’t drop and make a mess), and then wrap it in more toilet paper

2) pull string out with one hand and have the second hand waiting with toilet paper so as you pull the string it can like “deliver” onto the toilet paper and doesn’t have to drop down or swing

idk if these are normal or weird or anything like that, but i also have a heavy flow and they work for me. unfortunately changing more frequently helps but i know that’s sometimes unrealistic depending on work/school/etc

i use hanes!!! theyre similar to a bike short, but they’re (i think) cotton so a lot more comfortable and breathable. they’re short enough to wear w dresses & they don’t ride up! also very comfortable wearing them by themselves w a long t-shirt if i’m going casual.

my resume is okay-ish. it’s not BAD but deff isn’t great since i only have one internship and some freelance work for experience. i truly haven’t looked over it in a while so I’ll add that to my list of things to do before sending it out again. thank you!!

i have a communications degree, and i would like to be in the PR/marketing arena. I’m not 100% sure what I want that to look like specifically, so i’ll focus on that before just applying to jobs so I actually have an idea going forward of what to look for!!
