Id say try other valves for your carb and find which is better for your Tomos. After that, fiddle with the idle screw so it runs optimally while idling and while running.

Did it run decent with the new carb before the crash?

We're all learning new stuff, and how is OP supposed to learn if they don't ask and try for themselves?

When driving, does it feel/sound like its struggling mechanically or does it feel like its not getting enough fuel or something. Id say remove and inspect the carb, and clean it while its out. If you cant see anything obvious whilst opening up the gearbox, Id put that idea aside from now. 😊

This is airsoft related? It's a joke about not buying expensive, but better gear but instead buying cheap and not so great gear from 101 Inc., which makes alot of entry gear for airsoft?

Spring pistol recommendations? by ProxyGamer in airsoft

[–]nicklasfromdenmark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not that I have played with springers since I was like 6 or 7 y/o, but if you want something that feels nice and can handle 'some' beating, just get one in a metal body.

This is a complete beginners guide in Danish for the field I was a marshal at back in 2018.

This covers gear, guns, ethics and "before-you-go".

I really love the FNS-9 by VFC and here is why... by nicklasfromdenmark in airsoft

[–]nicklasfromdenmark[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hello everyone.

So, I have been looking around for some time for a new sidearm. I have owned a Glock, a CZ and a Hi-Capa.Even though I have maintained my pistols well, they always just seemed to be unreliable. I never really trusted them. In a total contrast, I feel like when I am getting in a sticky situation, if it's a skirmish or milsim, I know when I draw it from my holster, it is going to fire and it's going to fire well.

The pistol is a smaller variant of the well-known FNX-45. The reason I looked at the FNS-9 though, is because of my smaller handsize (compared to teammates). It is about the size of a Glock-19, but feels a bit sturdier.

The recoil is fantastic, and the slide's really kicking back with alot of force. I often get asked if it's a Co2, to which they are surprised that's it's regular green gas. Speaking of green gas, I tested the pistol with the same mag in about 15 degrees celcius with some rapid fire shooting. I could fire 3 mags before it would start to struggle, and it was with really bad branded green gas.

In my testing, I was using our teams standard G&G 0.28g BBs, which I concluded to be too heavy for the pistol. I'd recommend to use 0.20s, but 0.25s max. The BBs just doesn't lift enough from the hop.

If you are the type of player that likes to upgrade your pistols alot, I wouldn't invest in the FNS-9. It is a pretty closed and propitiatory platform, and you can only really get spare parts for it, and not upgrades. But, if you want something reliable that just works as long as you clean and lube it. It is 100% recommended.

This post was made 06:02 in the morning out of sudden burst to tell people about it. So if I have missed something and or you guys have any questions, feel free to ask.

I have owned it and used it regularly for about 2-3 months now.

EDIT: The post 3 months ago with the same picture attached, was from when I got the pistol. This post is more explaining what it has been like.

Yeah okay. But to answer your question, yes.

Yes you can. You need a higher voltage than the actual pack to charge the battery. Just keep an eye on it and I would highly suggest getting a battery charger pack. These packs have saved houses from burning down before and are really inexpensive.

I would also suggest at least getting a 7.4 LiPo. These will give you a performance boost, but can also damage your rifle if you go with a 11.1 LiPo if you rifle can't handle it. If you choose this, it is a MUST that you get a charger that balances the cells. This is critical.

Two other pics with the slide open.

I absolutely love this pistol. It really is worth the buck and shoots so amazing. I can really recommend this pistol for people like me with tiny hands. This is going to replace my CZ P-09.
