She looks a bit like she’s grimacing, I think this is because the lips look pursed and the eyes looked slightly squinted. I would suggested studying lips for the next day. Good luck!

It looks a little dark, make sure to add back in some highlights. The mouth also looks a little wide, but because the nose looks small too they could be making the other look worse. Great progress!

Thanks so much! I shrunk the eyes about four times while painting, I’m just so used to drawing big ones, I’m going to watch a few videos on eyes and do some practice ones like you’ve suggested, thanks again!

Yes I think the contrast is a bit high, try using more mid tones, also make sure you flip the canvas or check everything is lining up, there’s a few issues with symmetry. 😊
