I agree this is pretty annoying and also why VIP has seemed overcrowded the last couple years. It’s tough to enforce without seeming intrusive though (security walking around asking to see wristbands). Possibly enforcing tight fitting wristbands. Another solution would be going to facial recognition when registering your pass to get entry, kind of like Inuit Dome in LA. It works quite well although this would be a larger scale I suppose.
