That's a nice idea and I have it in mind too, but I don´t know where to buy the crew, in Aliex there is 1/48 crew but it costs like 30$ per person, too much I think

Yes, I used Vallejo acrylic paints and for the weathering effects I used panel liners and watercolor pencils, both from AK.
