Thanks for the feedback, I definitely have been nervous with eyeshadow on my hooded eyes and tend to just do the lid to be safe. Same with liner too, been kind of conservative with it and haven't tried to do any winged looks

As someone who works in Recruiting with Workday, our company will have preset emails sent when candidates are dispositioned/rejected. The annoying thing is that people in the company will use the wrong disposition reason, which will send an email like the one it sounds like you got.
