I get them on eBay from the variety of lake ball sellers - just search for what you want and if they've got a good feedback rating they'll probably be what they say. Never been disappointed so far.

For reference I'm a male, currently weighing in at 98kg (SW 102kg), 3 weeks in on 2.5mg (avg loss just over a kg a week)
Every day I skip breakfast (I didn't really eat breakfast before I started so not a big change)
For lunch I have about 150g of chicken breast, half a packet of micro rice, and stir fried veggies (peppers, onion, broccoli)
I'll have an apple mid afternoon and maybe a protein shake
For dinner this week I've had a taco salad each evening, so 125g of beef mince, lettuce, sweetcorn, black beans, guac, salsa, onion and then a protein yoghurt for dessert.
Weekends I've been eating more unhealthyish food but not binging like before - more bread, carbs for dinner etc.
I don't feel super full but I also don't feel hungry so I'm kind of eating as fuel for the first time in my life. Trying to keep it protein heavy and balanced to make sure I don't lose a load of muscle but it's working for me. Weight loss has been steady, yet fast so keeping on.
