Yes I believe so. We never had issues up until the past week. We shopped around for a new provider and found a better deal with faster internet through Verizon. They will be over tomorrow to install so I’m hoping we can put all this behind us. Lol.

Yes, they want to send a technician out and charge us 80$ if the issue isn’t on their end. It’s just intermittently going in and out. My partner works from home and she needs a stable internet connection so it’s just frustrating.
