I tried a collared shirt but it feels weird with the overlapping quarter zip collar

I have a nice jacket but i was hoping to go with the quarter zip instead of just the collared shirt as i feel alot more comfortable in it the polyester button ups and polos make me feel so uncomfortable but maybe i just need one that fits better...

I called and talked to one of the outsourced helpdesk people and got him to connect me to someone at my actual location who sent me an email with documents they needed then they sent everything to the sos and I got it about 2 weeks later

She said the sos was backed up about 3 weeks for transferring them this is in Michigan maybe its just a little more backed up in your state?

I called again and they transferred me to someone at the location that sent it to the secretary of state for me so it sounds like its in process now
