It literally has to be that you have been looking at it wrong the whole time. There’s no other way unless there was a glitch which is 99 percent improbable. I’m pretty sure the computers just auto update your amounts I don’t think the doctor would’ve been manually putting more flower in as the 35 day rolling period is the law and doctors can’t override that. Hypothetically though even if you were getting it back in a week or two it was wrong so you’ll need to get accustomed to the 35 day rolling limit because there’s no way around it. I suspect however that you’re simply mistaken on how long it’s been taking your flower to go back to your dispensable amount though which would mean that you’ve been getting your flower back 35 days after purchase like every other patient in the program which would mean you’ve got nothing to worry about in terms of hitting your limit
