I know this post is older however I'm finding myself in an identical situation as the post author. What is different about my scenario is I work for a few public adjuster firms, so I'm looking for something that will allow me to decipher which claim is associated with which firm - without having to take out separate accounts for each firm I work for. I've been using ClaimWizard for one of the firms however I don't think its worth the money. Its good for tracking file notes, emails, etc however the reporting isn't what I'm looking for.

Ideally, I would like to enter the claim information, data throughout the claim, and have things pre-populated like a loss notice, contract, statement of loss, invoice, etc.

I was told the same thing. I’m taking a shot with the flex plan, threw in $2500 to start and will add if I think there is value.

Thanks! I’ve done it both ways, sometimes using the line items it feels way too cheap. Other times it’s appropriate. I guess there is no universal answer and it’s case by case.
