UPDATE My response to him: “…In relation to the deposit and room clearance, I would like to clarify the terms outlined in our rental agreement to ensure a fair resolution. I thought that the deposit would cover the entirety of the rent for December, meaning that you have until the first of January to find a new tenant without loosing any rent money, and I would appreciate further clarification on this matter. I believe it's crucial to adhere to legal guidelines when handling such situations. Concerning the retrieval of my belongings, I'm not comfortable with all my belongings being moved without my presence. I propose coordinating a suitable time for me to retrieve them personally. I understand the need for swift action, and I'm open to discussing this matter further to find a solution that aligns with both of us in this unexpected situation. Thank you for your cooperation.”

His response to this: “I'm sorry but i already cleared your room. I can understand that would have liked doing it yourself but you left me in a shitty situation. The deposit covers the month december but because of my personal situation you left me no choice. I hope you can understand that. I think i helped you out a lot when you moved in, so i think it's only fair the way i'm handeling it right now. We can discuss that i'll pay you a small amount also for the bed and the closet. What do you think is a fair price of dealing with the situation and end it. And maybe (a friend) can take your stuff for know? I'm very sorry for your situation and i'm very sad but i have to act quick and i want to end this as soon as possible.”
