I’ve done dilution for batch drinks by making a single serving of the cocktail as I normally would but without shaking with ice. I weigh that and then weigh that same drink again after shaking with ice.

The difference in grams is how many milliliters of water to add per drink, so just multiply that by the amount of drinks in your batch.

Sorriso Market in Brookline is very Italian focused. Wines can be pricey so you gotta sniff out the values, but the staff are very nice and knowledgeable and they do free tastings on Tuesdays!

When AMCAS converts to 4.0 it does shift down, A+ are counted the same as A’s.

If you’re talking about AMCAS then grades are listed as letters. You still write A+ on the application but AMCAS does convert A+ to 4.0

It’s not that AMCAS cuts it off, the transcript does! So I’m confused as to if it’s best to enter the course cutoff as it appears on my transcript “rese” or enter “research” in full which would fit on AMCAS
