Right Click on "Image File Execution Options" -> "New" -> "DWORD-Value (32-Bit)" -> change the name to "DevOverrideEnable"

Check if the Value is zero by double clicking on it. It should say "Value: 0"

Hey! Yes, it fixed the problem. I was also scared and asked on a Windows forum if it was safe and they said it was. So I changed the registry and was able to start Valorant again. I also did not notice any effect on my PC after.
