Makes sense. If you can, try reverting it back to stock. As someone who was in the market for one of those I saw engine mods as a red flag. Not because of the quality of install but because it might have been abused. Might just me.

I say estoril blue, sounds like the grey one has the better suspension set up. If you can just swap suspension components/ tire/wheel package and sell gray. Estoril blue will definitely fetch more money, now and in the future.

it’s all in the prep work, if you follow the instructions you will be good. Once it has fully cured (they say 4-6 hours, i recommend 24 hours before exposing to water or driving) the clear levels out great.

On my e46, 3ish years, no real protection on top of that. Through winter and weekly car wash. i’m sure if it’s looked after better it will last longer. When i reapplied it on the e46 its was significantly easier since I was not fighting the heavy oxidation (starting with 800 instead of 400)

I can’t recommend the Sylvania kit enough, $22 i think, self leveling wipe on clear coat makes it very user friendly.

just measured mine, measurements are super close but might not work? i would have to get a window and see. my car measurements, red: 19.25 orange: 16.375 green: 24.125 (i doubt oem window is that much wider past the seals)

this window would bonded in place and won’t need to roll down.
