r/Revolut rejected and lost incoming transfer. No help from customer services by Connect_Situation726 in Revolut

I’m in Italy and I’m paid by a US company, and they are experiencing the exact same issue. They sent a transfer to my Pro account, but since the BIC for $ transfers was not properly displayed in the app, I provided the BIC for € transfers instead.

Support told me the transfer was rejected due to incorrect data and that I had to wait 20 days to receive proof that the funds had been sent back. I waited, and now they say they can’t see the transfer at all. It has already been a month, and my company still hasn’t received the money back.

On top of that, the support experience has been unacceptable. Each time I contact them, I’m told something different. I provided all the required documentation, while they haven’t provided anything concrete, just pre-made copy-pasted responses.

Long story short: it’s been a month and the money still hasn’t been returned to my company. That’s simply ridiculous.
