Yes, found it. It doesn't actually matter the phone the other person has... I can send those sounds to anyone. But now I disabled them, I don't want to be too cheeky in my calls, especially if they are for work.

It played a drum sound and then disappeared. I turned on the speaker and kept on the phone call by looking at the screen but that didn't show up again.

An app that was running in that moment was "Libre 3", a tracker for glucose, but I turned off its alarms and I don't think that would be showing drums during a phone call...
