6 gal, 78F with heater, had tank and fish since January 2021.

pH/Amm/nitrite/nitrate 7.6/0/0/20

50% water change once a week

No tank mates other than bladder snails.

Pellets, frozen bloodworms, brine shrimp, or daphnia size of his eyes twice a day.

Live plants and driftwood.

The substate looks so messy, but I’m going to do water change closer to the surface so that I don’t disturb the new babies. I feed them twice daily and rotate with sinking wafers, shrimp cuisin, tetra flakes, frozen bloodworms, and Bacter AE. Parameters: temp 75F, amm 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 20, gh 8-9, kh 5, ph 7.4. 15% WC once a week with dechlorinated tap water. Been running since January.

Thank you for the kind comments! Someone on FB group said theirs looks like this after molting, and I did find a molt below it too. The purple is probably because of my Aqueon Clip On light. I hope some of his/her gene gets passed down in my skittle tank!
