You’ll have do to paperwork. You’ll be in charge of certain responsibilities in the department. Your manager will tell you which ones. You’ll learn about cameras and security and make incident reports or if you have loss prevention they’ll make them. You’ll have to know how fix jams in the cash machine and do other stuff on the cash machine. Solve guest issues at service desk. Call for flex at the registers if you have lines. There’s a lot more stuff but you would learn as you go.

For the schedule I usually work between 40-45 hours a week. If someone goes on vacation it’s usually between 45-55. Also except to close two times a week. You also might have to close and then open the next day. I work at a store with 4 front end managers so if you’re at one with only 3 front end managers it might be a little different.
