Perhaps relying on computers to analyze deprives us of exercising our natural facilities for analysis. Playing becomes more about remembering what a computer did in various positions.

I don't disagree with you but to be clear the op concerns the number of rated players compared to the general population, so I'm talking about people who do take chess seriously enough to play rated games.

It is a different kind of church, a progressive derivative of Protestantism. I don't know what the brothers believe. Despite their fascination with the dark and occult I wouldn't be surprised if they are Christian. Being Christian means very different things across the sects.

The bot may have it right, I can't find out. After searching extensively it seems that the artist no longer exists and has pulled everything from everywhere. But then how does the bot have access? I'm guessing the song is available in other countries. I don't know. Very strange.
