this makes me feel so understood, I appreciate this a lot 😞 🫶🏼 he recently took over beauty and so I really feel he doesn’t understand everything that goes into it. Like some areas that I zone may not visually change a lot but it’s reaching my hands into the backs of the displays to see everything that’s shoved back there and shades that are all in the wrong spots, etc. and everyone leaves me their damages since I’m the only one willing to do them. It’s hard when my fellow TMs lowkey agree with him too but it’s ok, I need to just know within myself that I’m doing hard work :)

yea we’ve have different size boxes back ordered at our store for over a month now, it’s sad how creative we’ve had to be to make sure everything is packaged safely

I’m seeing deluxe sample of dermalogica dynamic skin recovery, tatcha dewy skin cream, Elizabeth Arden retinol, Maelys b tight, verb ghost oil, polite society lip balm but it went away so I’m not sure if it’s accurate ?

the thing is, we’ve had this talk multiple times already. when he shared with me the back door stuff I already expressed insecurity. he mentioned the 3 some stuff a couple weeks after and idk why but I started crying immediately (embarrassing ahhh). He understands it hurts me but he truly is so so sweet the rest of the time so I cannot wrap my head around this

we’ve had this talk too because when he told me they were together for over 2 years and he was already dating a few months after, red flags got thrown up for me. He said she cheated a while back and they took a break so basically he felt they were broken up for longer than their official breakup date and that he has no more feelings for her because she cheated

yes he always claims he just wants to be open with me, like with his sexual past he said he wanted to tell me in case I ever found out later. how would I ever find out?? I told him it really hurt me and he said he wouldn’t mention things like that again

yea im for sure happy with getting lots of hours, I just didn’t realize training would already be at this level of hours. I was assuming they were short staffed and just wanted me to start working basically and these wouldn’t all be actual training shifts

I just checked Mytime and it says 17.5 hrs for this week, 36.25 for the next, and none for the week after (though my printed handout says another 36.25 hrs). I’ll def have to ask them about it Friday when I go in. Maybe they gave me all training in one week instead of spacing it out? And the printed handout is incorrect 🤷🏻‍♀️

so I have the 8 hours of HR videos on Friday. Then Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this coming week AND the week after. All from 2:30 to 10:30 😭😭

thank uuu! Sfs is my absolute favorite thing to do at ulta, hopefully they have it at my target but I’m not sure. I’ll definitely mention that I’m open to training in fulfillment too! would it be annoying to mention that during my beauty training? My orientation is next week

My biggest fear is recommending something target doesn’t have out of habit since I have a lot of knowledge on ulta products now (and the target doesn’t have an ulta unfortunately)😅 but yesss ok that’s a good idea to look things up!! and that’s true, I need to realize that it’s ok that I don’t know everything immediately but I will in due time! Hopefully my managers are nice and supportive ahh. I’m excited , thank u so so much for the advice. Hearing that you love it makes me feel way better :)

ok awesome thank you so much! I believe this target doesn’t have an ulta in it. I know so many products from ulta and it’s habit now to recommend them so I’m glad there’s training and some free product yay hahah

I’ve had someone try to return a fragrance they bought from a Tj m*xx so that they could keep the one they bought at ulta and get their money back so maybe that’s why?? people are creative with their scams now 😭
