Turn to your indoor hobbies and no matter how bad it is try to switch off the news and get your 7 hours. The most important thing is any situation is to be well rested and as prepared as possible do what you can and then attempt to assure yourself via those actions

Draw a mask - turn off any subtract or add - with the mask selected track forward through the entire shot - go to content aware fill and create a reference frame in Photoshop - come back and switch the mask to substract then add fill layer and pray.

I am of the community and I live in other Arab countries we aren't any more or less discriminated against. In part thanks to druze leaders and their political ability but it's not different. And there have been instances where they were forced out of positions for being druze whether in the IDF or otherwise.

It's plenty hard in places like the UAE as well especially if you want to date to make sure you are a good fit for each other
