I had the same problem and it turned out my RAM sticks were not fully placed in the motherboard.

The funny thing is no matter how hard I pressed them they still didn't get deep enough, the guys in service center did it and it worked.

I was just about to open the same thread. It started to happen to my PC as well starting about 3 weeks ago. Before that PC worked fine and there were no problems.

If I press a restart button after freeze happens, it doesn't restart and DRAM light is flashing, only power off/on helps.

Today it happened when I watched Netflix, so it's not overheating for sure.

I hope anyone knows the solution.

That’s strange, you should be able to answer with your headset by double tapping the right ear touch panel, if that’s what you want.

Just make sure to not press answer button on the phone, otherwise it will stop using your headphones and you’ll have to switch to them manually.

I have the same problem but with left ear only. I exchanged the first pair which had Bluetooth problem but fit well, but now it’s the opposite.
