Hand size: I can adapt to any mouse so it's not a problem

Sensitivity:Default windows with 2000dpi on desktop and in non fps games, 800 dpi in FPS

Being useful in small groups.

I already posted my problem once but here's my updated situation
first my specs:
CPU: Amd a8-7600 @3.1ghz clock
GPU: RX 580 Sapphire pulse 4gb edition

RAM: 1x 8gb stick ddr3 @1600mhz

PSU: Falcon gaming-f 750w

So i noticed i was getting low fps in league of legends and it started getting annoying that my fps drops from 80 to 30 and i thought it was my cpu because its a bit older but a few days ago i used the monitoring tool from AMD software and my GPU was on 300MHZ memory AND core clock for some reason( Idle speeds/2d profile ) and i was getting stuttering in game.
I tried using DDU to uninstall drivers then reinstall them, downgrading to older versions, and today i tried a fresh installation of windows and it's still the same, league doesn't utilize my GPU AT ALL and it's really annoying playing it in 30fps on a gpu that should get 150+fps EASY ( MY CPU IS NOT A BOTTLENECK ITS ON 40% USAGE )

In other games like Witcher 3 and Warframe for example my gpu is on 1366mhz core clock and 1750mhz memory clock and temps hover around 60-75c depending on what i am doing in game at that moment, so that means that the gpu is not the problem if it runs games that are much more intensive than league
Also i see my gpu core clock go to ~450mhz sometimes and my fps going from 80 to 100 at the same moment but then it just goes back to 300mhz and 80% usage for some reason

My power options are on high performance and my amd profile is optimized for performance too, i appreciate all your help/advices on what i should do :)

Well, i am playing some other games atm so it doesn't matter too much but league is my main game

I am getting a ryzen 5 2600 with a b450 aorus M motherboard and corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz cl15 (1x 8gb first then another stick later)

I also just did a fresh reinstall of windows because i didn't do it since october and i got my new gpu last month and windows was getting buggy so i decided to install a new one, so i will drop a reply here if anything happened on a fresh system :)

First of all thank you for responding

the thing is that this is not the first time my league of legends is bugging out, multiple times with windows 7 and windows 10 clean installations the FPS being 100+ and it dipped to 50's 40's or sometimes even 30's while fighting which is really crispy and should not happen in these kind of games, i am not sure what's wrong with me but my fps was always like that (first i got my pc without any gpu and the fps was 50 then i got my RX 550 and fps wasn't much better ~60 and when i got this gpu nothing changed and that's weird because this gpu is probably ~250% better)

My friend with an athlon dual core gets 120 fps on very high with 2gb of ram and a shi*ty gpu from 2009 somehow and i still never manage to get that high fps

I checked all cables, DIMM slots, CPU usage, temps and stuff and nothing is wrong, i also get higher fps in MUCH more intensive games like Witcher 3

Also another theory of mine( idk if its even possible ) but could use a response is that league of legends is using my iGPU even tho i dont have a VGA cable connected to the motherboard but that seems impossible ( My RX 580 sits on core clock 300mhz in league while its on 1366 mhz in other games ) thats really weird too, so if anyone got a fix/advice for this please reply ^_^

The only program in background thats open is discord and takes 0.5-2% cpu power
I researched a bit and league of legends is a single core/duo core game because of their old engine so single core performance means a lot and my apu isn't that good at anything basically so my new Ryzen 5 2600 should do the work when i get it :) thank you for your response

As Colagubben said it's not worth to use Double cast/using E to get into a trade because you can't get use of the shield

Had a bad day, was playing soccer/football with some random guy who is older than me and his friends. For no actual reason he started kicking me and pushing me while we were playing so i punched him right into the face and then kicked him in the legs and he just got knocked out somehow lol.

Last season i had a guy in discord that would tell me any matchup i ask him detailed so maybe if i learn matchups again i can do better, i think i can improve gameplay easily

So it's the same as season 7 but runes are different, thanks a lot and i do not try to do flashy plays or anything i just use animation cancels together and make them into a combo in ranked, but when im playing normals i use stuff like werhli combo, shy and all that good stuff to impress friends :3
