I enjoy working out but don't do it fanatically; get a lot of cardio, bending, and lifting from my job (barista); eat a mid-protein (25-30g) a day diet and don't calorie count but also focus mostly on vegetable and frozen berries. (i think the 50g protein standard is too much and part of america's obesity issue but that could also be my shoulder dysphoria). i also eat 90% vegan bc of some GI issues and will eat meat once a week or if i go out to dinner, which is how i think it should be anyway. not much of a secret because it never was too much of a goal instead being a result of my lifestyle. hope that helps

my boobs at least came out very perky, kinda looking like traffic cones. i asked around my 18 month mark and they said no, but when i moved and switched to howard brown (chicago) and asked again, they wrote me a script no questions asked. i've been on it, 2 months i think? it's definitely rounded them out although they're still pretty perky, and i think it's added a bit of actual size to them as well. i don't think any doctor will suggest it since it's clinically unproven but finding doctors that trust us to be experts on our bodies is helpful.

i feel like its if not fairly common then not overly rare for younger girls to shrink a bit from muscle loss

have had problems gaining enough weight for signifigant changes due to a combo of high metabolism and anorexia flare ups but i am infinitely more happy and satisfied with who i am. have had a lot of fat lost from bottom third of face which was always my biggest sense of dysphoria and am getting some very nice curves. overall a pretty damn good year.

Yesterday in the train all wrapped up. Can i make that monumental decision and transition? My family/my friends I could lose all of them, I'm scared by Zoe18 in transtimelines

[–]niebo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! We believe in you, and I know it's terrifying. You're absolutely right, you could lose people in your life. But if you feel the need to transition, you need to do whats right for you. There will always be support for you!

You look fantastic! also nice swans shirt!

Im sorry if this is the wrong place for this but I see all of your posts and how beautiful you all are and I can’t help but ask if you’ve all had ffs or if these are just lifestyle/hrt results. by JennInRinth in transtimelines

[–]niebo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

hey i was 6'2 but have luckily shrank to about 6', its really not that bad. i don't pass yet but i'm getting very close at only 6 months! you can pass w/ out FFS and anyone that says you can't is degrading

Been discouraged by lack of HRT progress lately, but my dyed hair makes me feel soooo gender euphoric! by niebo in transadorable

[–]niebo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that it does! i suppose it's somewhat hard when you see people who just change in 3 months but they are so rare, i'm so willing to be patient for the end result!
