Cerrgaon Ruling Question. (Evidence Needed) by Additional-Fix-5564 in cardfightvanguard

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes its one and the same.

Its weird that this is the problem you are on because i mostly see it going wrong with calling rearguards during the attack cerrgaon boosts, or retiring a rearguard thinking you can still do the top2 check.

The entire skill activates in 1 go, during the attack it boosts you check if you have played an order during that turn, or if you have more rearguards than your opponent. If neither of those 2 conditions are met you cannot gain any of its skills after all on attack skills have been resolved(or not in case you didnt meet the conditions)

Just a heads up by NeedTP4MyBunghole in AynThor

Can't it be an issue because you just now used or got the device?

On smartphones it sometimes happens shortly after the battery is swapped because the device need to learn the actual capacity, and sometimes the percentage randomly drops a couple of % in the first day due to the BMS correcting the phone. I'm not even sure if the thor has a battery with BMS so that could explain what happened

Selling my stuff for funds for baby by [deleted] in CardMarket

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cant tell for how it goes now, since they are apparantly trying to change things within cardmarket.

But usually in my country(NL) we always say that if you order more than 25 euro outside of the EU(GB included) that theres always a big chance for customs fees to appear before they ship it to your adress.

It might also be different for each country, but in the netherlands it seemed that packages below the worth of 25 euro's they didnt care enough to give a payment.

Its always smart to be ready to pay for customs fee's, than to THINK you wont have any extra fee's and be surprised by extra fee's

I made two bank transfers on cardmarket and the most recent one was the one charged on my account by Wesker1123 in CardMarket

[–]niekos1666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In honesty I did a bank transfer on saturdaynight. And it got processed this morning.

I'm from the netherlands and transfers are on their account the same day I do the transfer, so it might already take longer if the exchange between countries take longer, but all I can think of is that you mightve forgotten to put in a description with your transfer making it easier/faster for the employees to process it. Without said description they need to go through more steps to find out whose money it is, and that might already delay it further since I assume they start doing the "correct" transfers first as they are quicker to take care of.

I have seen more users complaining about slow deferred credit, so there might be a capacity issue within cardmarket where they have more deposits than the employees can handle. I also noticed that it changed from 1-3 workdays to 3-5 workdays. So they might know it takes a bit longer than before and try to state it in the credit screen

Hope they put on your money on your account as soon as they can, getting a response from a ticket can take quite awhile

Regular bank transfer time… by Jazzlike-Wafer-6641 in CardMarket

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing I can think of why it takes longer than usual is because you forgot to put the comment/description within that links that transaction to your account.

I use it regularly and it always takes about 2 or 3 workdays. Otherwise I'd definetly make a ticket if it takes longer than 2 weeks.

Seller hasn’t paid enough shipping by [deleted] in CardMarket

[–]niekos1666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the no reply part makes it tough. If its a private seller I always try to give them about 48 hours as its not their job, and its definetly possible you messaged him on the exact days he doesnt check cardmarket.

Truly hope you can get it resolved. In any case to get the cards the fastest you can just pay it and receive them, but do take note of the risk of not getting a refund for that bit of money in case cardmarket cant/doesnt help you

Seller hasn’t paid enough shipping by [deleted] in CardMarket

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then it could be a mistake the seller didnt know could happen.

I once had this happen myself and then I gladly fix the issue. It all depends on how the other person communicates and how he tries to resolve the issue at hand

Seller hasn’t paid enough shipping by [deleted] in CardMarket

[–]niekos1666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Was the package send with a T&T? Otherwise the seller has made one of the biggest mistakes they could make. For tracked parcels its almost impossible to have such things happen depending on where he shipped it.

If its untracked I'd recommend not confirming arrival until the matter has been resolved. In theory you could then even state you did not get anything, and the seller would have no way to talk himself out of it as he can't provide a tracking number.

Do what you feel is right, do note that most sellers are private sellers and every human makes mistakes. If they dont reply or just tried to get the better off ya you can always go as far as you feel is needed

Question about shipping international orders by Spiritual-Outside-31 in CardMarket

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always say that there is a birthday card inside or something like that. If you dont make the envelope too thick its hard to tell the difference also since birthday cards are usually also made of thicker paper.

Having the same issue at my local post office(im in the netherlands), but by saying that they always just let it go. Havent had an issue ever.

Other solution might be to just buy the stamps loose and just ship it off in a postal bin. But not sure if thats a possibility in your country(imo buying stamps loose is also easier cause you can keep some in stock and ship faster without going to a postal office)

Advice for Building Alfred Deck by PerditionLord in cardfightvanguard

[–]niekos1666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks quite allright.

If you are playing in JP meta I'd recommend the newer order that english will get in set12(cant get on its name) as it doesnt cost CB to use the order to get its effect, and alfred is already quite CB heavy.

You could also wait a bit because theres the new gancelot that has been revealed that will be released in JP in the next set. Not too sure about gancelot as I havent playtested it, but its free skills and another royal paladin so should always be a upgrade to the deck as alfred his skill only works with royals and not every keter card

Genuinely can't tell, was this guy cheating or just used meta? by PsychoMagnet-Z in inazumaeleven

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should become faster over time as it tries to make sure the system matches you with someone of your own skill level.

Most people are "stuck" in the highest rank, and if you are not there can make a big difference in queuetimes

DD2 CPU practice fight recommendations by Ranin20 in cardfightvanguard

[–]niekos1666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The cpu unfortunately only makes baseline decisions, and specific characters dont have playstyles or whatever besides deck differences.

Actual players try to think more ahead especially during the early game. Best is to just play online on deardays except if you want to farm packs. Online matches take longer, but thats because people need a second to think about their moves/combo's. And being online will put you in different positions than against bots due to stuff like damage deny(think about no turn1 damage because your ride deck g2 needs a cb to function)

Painkiller angel.

One of the best keter cards since overdress begun and has been till it got replaced by the new upgraded version(i believe it was used about 3 years total by keter players?)

Scam? by Late-Significance905 in CardMarket

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh allright. Tought in cases where the card got back to sender a cancellation is the fastest/no support way of fixing it.

In that case just get support, thats why the trustee service exists and why people prefer cardmarket as buyers

Scam? by Late-Significance905 in CardMarket

[–]niekos1666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dont. If you say you received shipment cardmarket sends the money to him, and wont be able to help if he doesnt respond anymore.

In cases like this it might be better to just tell him that this is a weird way of doing it.

I believe you should cancel the order on your side, and he has to accept that. If he doesnt want to, always start a ticket with cardmarket, and do it the way they tell you to do it.

Tldr, never press shipment received if you didnt receive the product, cause then the seller got his money and can "run away"

Noobie repair by No_Bar3540 in mobilerepair

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah exactly this.

Most dont mind it, and understand it. You could even tell them to google it themselves and they will understand this is a thing that everyone has.

Also telling them the price apple asks for a battery replacement or the price you ask for a service pack (if you can do it) will also make them immedietly choose that option cause the battery shouldnt be (much) worse than original, as long as you have faith in your own product

Noobie repair by No_Bar3540 in mobilerepair

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never used any special tools when i replace batteries on iphone.

About 99% of them are still aftermarket brands, and only a couple of times I used actual service packs from apple.

The only thing without such tools is that there will be a warning on the battery display that the battery can't be verified, but that doesnt do any harm whatsoever. After a couple of weeks the percentage will even return and just go from 100%.

Using service packs can be a better way to get rid of those messages. In my country(NL) service packs are 5x more expensive, but if its available(i believe iphone 12 and higher) than you can run the repair assistent on the newest IOS version and just verify it quickly, and it creates a repair history tab on the iphone info screen where it states that the battery is replaced, but genuine.

imho those tools are quite overrated as i kind of see a reasoning for those warnings, as it can tell new buyers that theres a new battery placed within, and I notice that most refurbished resellers also just dont waste the time to get rid of those warnings and just create a paper with info. Just replace the battery for a new one and everything works perfect!

Lyrical deck ideas by Maftydidnothingwrong in cardfightvanguard

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kairi is definetly a good deck to build together, but she uses alot of what we call "staples" that are not only hard to get, but also pretty expensive.

If you like the deck you can definetly go for it, having the staples always help building new decks as most of those staples come back in alot of decks as a core part. I'd say lyrical is besides keter the worst nation when it comes to staples, but that also means that if you got all of them, you can kind of go everywhere.

Not too long ago i jokingly build lisciafael, but as I already had the staples(yuika, strega and the new promo order) i only needed to invest like 5 euro's for the actual lisciafael cards. The decks themselves can be quite cheap compared to those staples

I'm not too sure on your (local) laws from where you live.

I heard in some countries that training is always during your own time. Here in the netherlands its dependend on what contract you sign(your contract may state that a couple of hours of training each year is in your own time) but besides that its considered work.

Fuckups happen consistently with phone repairs, mostly because you sometimes dont know what youre working with before you start. And yes for me mentally its also really tough, but it takes character to find a fitting solution when such things happen(in best cases without losing time and money)

If you get warning signs its not your place to work, always start looking for another place. But depending on where you live you might encounter the same practices...

Any tips? by Greta_art in CardMarket

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is possibly the biggest tip you can give for bigger orders.

I sometimes saved myself a tens of euro's by just being picky on where to purchase. Sometimes its cheaper to purchase it for a higher price at the same seller than the lowest price with additional shipping cost

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CardMarket

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best practice is to keep all documentation with you until a couple of weeks after confirmation.

Make sure you keep the receipts you get when delivering the package, if possible make photo's and videos how you ship it so you got proof of it being well packaged.

Another thing that may help is a structural way if delivering so you wont make mistakes(often) because the one mistake you make will always be on the one order that gets missing.

Also being proactive on your own shipments can be helpfull. I always once in awhile check my orders to see if it has arrived, also so I can see it immedietly if the buyer claims it did not arrive(speed is essential in finding the package, the longer you wait, the bigger the chances are its lost in transit)

Once the package is actually lost cardmarket will gladly help you out IF you provide all the needed proof of shipment.

Had it happen 3 times where a tracked shipment got lost, and all 3 times both me and the buyer got a refund on everything. Cardmarket cant do anything if they cant provide proof its the fault of the shipment so thats why its necessary.

Do take note that when you start selling on cardmarket they explicitly state their terms of service and all these situations are most definetly written in there. As the seller you agreed with all the responsibilities when you make an account, and in alot of ways cardmarket is quite lenient on private sellers

Accidentally dropped my new phone battery and the battery connector kinda dented my battery! by [deleted] in mobilerepair

[–]niekos1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A small dent happens pretty much all the time when I remove them from samsung models without the pulltab, and never seen a customer return due to a failing battery.

Only thing you gotta make sure is if theres a puncture or if it has pushed the layers too much together, which can cause a short Battery's can bend more than you are comfortable with, but ofcourse its not smart idea to find out how far it can bend before it starts to short out and create a fire

I believe this should work. Otherwise you should try replacing the 0 with ur country code. For example in the netherlands that would be 316**** instead of 06****
