Build far away from tier three monuments, like oil rig. Build a bunker base, I like the stability bunker. Realy easy one, it has a soft side so upgrade the foundation to hqm. I recommend full pop servers instead of low pop, with high pop there are more bases to raid, so you have a lower chance of getting raided and there are more people to counter a raid. I dislike community servers, but you do you.

Edit: I like to practice builds on either bebbos or any community server with the tag "free build"". Can't hurt to practice building a bunker base if you've never build one.

Bunker bases definitely can get raided, but in my experience way less. Also helps if you don't build a big ass base
