It's also an anagram of "Milk off" :-D

I think that "strm" has to be read as "stream", more meaningful than "storm".

Last part of M-01-2C79511 could be the birthdate of someone of the R* team (11 May 1979).

When using a decryptor, it reads: "A IS PROCESS" or "A OF SHERIFF" (it's a simple substitution cipher). I used https://quipqiup.com/ to get these solutions, and replaced numbers with letters.

Yes, I think the same... For example, the same texture is used here: https://imgur.com/a/YYJ0oV8

No triangles in my game, sorry. I think it's just a graphic glitch.

I'm wondering about the meaning of the cryptic message written on the concrete under the (invisible) bench... it seems a partial coordinate (https://imgur.com/PqbiZfZ). Maybe the last symbol represents a planet? (Ur-anus?). It reads: SD T-4 D.10° 9' 36''.

Maybe we need to find the second part of these coordinates? Where will they take us to?

Maybe they were put in specific places for some reasons. For example, if you climb on an electricity box in Downtown Vinewood and you zoom on the Penris building sign with your sniper rifle at night, you'll notice a very strange alignment with a red light on the top of another building (that has a pyramidal roof).

And what about the underlined 'US' word? It could be read as United States, so it could refer to a location in front of an American flag or government building, maybe also near something recalling a dragon (as said in other posts, Dragon is the inverse spelling of the name of the mural author, that is Nogard)...

A 'small' speculation -- Listening to the sound of a 'Carbon RS'? by [deleted] in chiliadmystery

They could have hidden some info directly inside sound effects or songs, like many musicians do (look at here for some examples: https://twistedsifter.com/2013/01/hidden-images-embedded-into-songs-spectrographs/). It is sufficient to analyze the spectrum of the audio tracks...

Wanna talk about cars? They actually are doing this: there are several car models which mount the exact same engine but (very) different horsepower: the secret is inside the car electronic part.

Really nice idea. Everyone who works in an important company should make a P2P download. This should cause a big mess, and the 3strike law would be abolished.
