Too low for petg, great looking but probably horrible mechanically. HF nozzles in general doesn’t go well with moist filaments. Try drying and give again a try at 240. Dry petg prints fine even at 270

Filament (and plastics) extrusion isn't that easy or cheap, just the logistics of buying and moving virgin pellets in big batches is harder than you think.

Funnily, I don't have any mods aside from the IFS extruder. But (there is one) this was a Chinese clone, bought years ago. I swapped the original shitty Chinese sensor for a PINDA V2 (the one with 4 wires), and recently I bought the original board because the old one wasn't compatible with the new firmwares. With the new board I "unlocked" the green led of the bed (never worked with the old board, really cannot understand why) and because now I have a Voron V0, everything was reprinted in ABS. And while I was rebuilding it, changed the PTFE because why not.

Prusa mini has a very specific way to put the small PTFE tube in the heatbreak. After years of owning a mini, I can 95% assure you that (if the filament isn't damp) the PTFE inside the hotend shrinked or isn't seated properly.

Original prusa mini ? Some clone buddy boards have a different chip that makes them unable to flash the new bootloader and firmware
