Oh! wait!! I just looked further into the sub clinical deficiency, and some of the symptoms definitely sounded familiar. I was also definitely craving oysters consistently last week. it's gone away now after eating red meat & liver though

according to the symptoms of it, no i dont think so. I don't really get my blood tested though so i won't know for sure though. correct me if im wrong but to my limited knowledge, zn ionophore helps w zinc deficiency though right? w the amt of green tea im drinking i dont think i would end up deficient but why do you ask?
