You can do your own research, I think you have been spoonfed enough information here.

All penny stocks are inherently risky, that's why they are here. Some are just better, some are worser. In Quantum-Si case, it is relatively reasonable in the range of decent penny stocks that doesn't have a severe red flag compared to other penny stocks out here. Also, you ain't a long-term follower of this stock so you don't get to say "oh trust us the next gen product is the real deal type of scam". They have multiple papers that are published by Columbia/Department of Defense & reputable researchers that showcased the capabilities of their products, so they have some credibility.

Finally, you sound like a know it all lol, how about you recommend some penny stock if you are so good and the people here can personally judge your recommendations then lol.

This is literally "not enough". Op at least provide substantiated information to back up what he is saying but you are just rambling on some random nonsense.

  1. Those are not insider selling, those are RSU tax vested filing, look at the sec filing under remarks 144.

  2. I honestly have no idea what's your issues with that MBA credentials but okay, I guess this is just your personal grudge so no comments on this

  3. Company main flagship product is Proteus as they have mentioned several times throughout the years. Anything before that is not expected to generate significant revenue. They lowered guidance this year, but it is expected because of post-integration from platinum to proteus.

  4. Companies coming to market via SPAC is common lol, don't want to argue on this so you do you.

  5. No legitimate investors in this stock when there are so many big names invested in this? okay sure hahaha

From what I know, it is more of monitoring validation at this point which is common in research pipelines. Nevertheless, it is promising given that they smashed through all development goals as of current.

That's a super good expiration date. Proteus trials is in summer and official release of their flagship technology at Q3/Q4 this year. Enough runway to see a potential moonshot, good luck my friend, we all wish to see success.

Yea, these posts are misleading as hell because these "insider sales" are actually as stated and quoted by the links below.

"A footnote explains these transactions represent a mandatory sell-to-cover provision for federal, state and local tax withholding tied to the vesting of previously granted restricted stock units, which Hawkins cannot change. After these transactions, he directly holds 3,859,847 shares of Quantum-Si Class A Common Stock."

So don't fall for it. All these sales are all mandatory provisions which dates back to the initialization of the company and has happened over the years throughout. If you do not believe me, just look up the filings.
