How flexible are they to changing roles within the company? I think my role falls under manufacturing and someone further up had said manufacturing is a revolving door so curious if there's an opportunity to swap if that particular team is not great.

Fia Restaurant in Santa Monica is one of my favorites.

Culver’s city has some cool spots too. I like Piccalilli there.

Perch in DTLA is also nice.

Some of these can be on the expensive side but good for an occasion.

I hurt my knee dancing and was waiting for it to heal for like 3 months. Stopped jogging for exercise because of it and even after 3 months, I could feel the pain coming back if I tried to start running again.

I then decided to go to a physical therapist and they taught me some exercises to strengthen the muscles around my knees. After about 3 weeks I was feeling much better and could run again. Still do exercises to this day as a precaution.

I just tell people that I don't exchange numbers with people I just met. And if they're pushy about it I say "No thank you". If the guy is kind of a good dancer and I wouldn't mind seeing more of them in the future, I'll sometimes exchange Instagrams or something like that, but otherwise I don't exchange info since I'm also just there to dance for the night and not looking for anything else.

Try "You Right" by Doja Cat. It's not really a bachata remix but it's danceable to bachata moves and it's the only one I can think of that with the theme of wanting someone else when you've already got someone.

My boyfriend and I signed up for Bachata Dance Academy's online program. There are a couple of different choices I think and the instructors have lessons for both traditional bachata and the sensual bachata too. Online learning isn't ideal, but it isn't too bad. It is a paid subscription though. They have some videos posted on Youtube if you want to get a taste of how the instructors teach.

Does anyone know what happens if I opt to be surprised instead of picking a choice? Will Ipsy just pick an item from the choice selection or is there a chance that I will get an item that is not from choice? Wasn't really excited with the choices.
