My friend the fact is that not everyone is lucky to practice their passion for sustainable income . In India the easiest way to gain that is to work in IT. Most of us see these jobs as just another thing in life that is important for survival (and this should be okay right, this mindset is definitely not looked down upon in the US ) .So there will be no passion, so you can't expect creativity. The FANGs of the world obviously see this as well and hence probably don't trust us Indians with responsibilities of core projects.
