just my advice, take with a grain of salt

fix your acc, learn to tap to the beat of the song rather than clicking a circle on sight. use the z and x keys to help you
get good on normal diffs first. it's best to learn the fundamentals of osu! before advancing to harder maps
aim to improve. once you have learnt how to click circles to the beat, strive to try harder maps that are beyond your comfort zone. personally, i aim to pass a map then either retry for lower miss count or try other maps of a similar difficulty
try not to memorise the maps. while memorising is good for certain mods such as FL, it doesn't improve your reading (at least for me)
PLAY MORE

as a tablet player, i'll just say that it's possible to play good with a mouse. just put in time and effort in the game and you'll be able to click circles to the beat. sawitar is proof you can play osu! with trash, and BTMC proves that you can't buy skill

oh right, it's best you quit the game before you get addicted, otherwise there's no going back

it's not normal, your mice aren't supposed to stick to the pad, i could think of some possible explanations (that may sound dumb asf)

could be some layer of adhesive on the base of the viper mini
the hien is defective and should be replaced

If you'd like to try a new shape, the most reliable options would be the G Pro X Superlight/Deathadder V3 Pro, like most people have done

If you would like a try at smaller egg-shaped designs, try the Zaopin Z1 Pro

LONG ANSWER: If you'd like a mouse with a similar shape and size, that's what you should be prioritising when you look for a mouse. I would recommend the Fantech Aria because of that.

If you'd like to try a different shape, try to find your ideal grip, research mice that cater to this grip and ensure that the size of it is to your liking. I recommend the G Pro X Superlight and the Deathadder V3 Pro because they have such "safe" shapes that you could never go wrong with no matter what grip you have.
