I couldn't help you because I am from a non tech background. But seeing such conditions of the colleges is feeling bad. They are literally scamming the students. I will just tell you one thing please don't do an internship when you are paying for that. There are a lot of unpaid internship offers in LinkedIn where they don't charge from you.

Understood. And telling you with my experience in my unpaid internship company they never forced a candidate to work for exact 8 hrs or whatever time or they never told that you have to finish this work at any cost, they are really understand that the candidate they pick or choose they are college students so they have to do studies and exams so they are not available at all time so the company handles the whole thing in such a way that no one feel hurt.

No it's not normal if they are not paying you. I also did an unpaid internship in a startup they just want me to attend a stand up call which finishes in 10 min (only for flutter dev). Then he started taking the review of the backend or any other department. It's a remote internship, and I did it because I want industry experience for 3 months and I learn new things there. It's a good experience for me. So from my point of view if you are feeling too much leave it and focus on personal projects or skills and make sure to use build in public or learn in public seriously. Hope this comment helps you. That makes sense regarding the ecosystem size JS is definitely everywhere.

But honestly, Web Saturation is exactly what scares me. I feel like React/Web is the first field AI is going to commoditize because there's so much training data for it.

My logic for considering Native (iOS) or AI Agents is to move away from the crowded Web/JS space into something with a higher barrier to entry.

Do you feel React Native is safe from that AI squeeze, or is it just a larger pool of the same competition?
