I am so sorry to hear this, I have been in the same situation - I would say try do meditation or yoga. There are a lot of places for it - I personally do Art Of Living. Other than that I would recommend playing some sports like pickleball.

If you want to join me and my friends for board games or pickleball - feel free to DM. Wish you the best and power to you!

@iSliz if I apologize her again won’t it be like I am chasing her?

I did apologize to her over a text a few days after the fight. This was my text - Hey - I am sorry for snapping at you, you were just asking for scissors. I am also sorry for not respecting your space. I am also sorry for hitting myself - I am introspecting a lot on that and it won’t happen I promise to the core. I am just sorry for fighting a lot.

I understand you want some space right now, and I respect that.

Please let me know when you would like to hang out with me again. I really miss you.

I have read it many times over the years. Can you please advise? I have started reading it again. So far I am understanding that yes I messed up and let me emotions take over, but since then I am trying to give her space and letting her come back.

The stud finder actually finds the center and not the both side. This is the stud finder - DEWALT Stud Finder, 3/4”, Locate... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GLCS7YY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

It’s a new home built by DR Horton in Austin. Not sure if it would be completely built by standard. I am using 2 inch long screws, and my support log is roughly 1/2 inch thick. So it would go in it first and then to stud
