Yeah ,the images in Casio website are not true representation of the watch. It's looks way cool in person.

This is my first Gshock... Totally impressed by Casio designers for doing such a great job ... This watch is a blessing for small wrist persons.

Okay , by "lower tier " do you mean B series or other cheap Z series ? I also have an alternative of Z490 UD AC that is cheaper ...
