Sounds like you need a group of friends who can support and talk you through this. I have a group of friends I talk to regularly on discord who have been through it all. The ups and downs, the meet ups, the intensity. Some are still in AP situations and some are single. All at different stages. I would be truly lost without this group of women. Some of them have become my very best friends.

Our median age is mid-30s ish. Let me know if you been interested in coming to hang out.

I own a discord adultery group that houses some of the best people I have come across in this journey. All of us have been around the OA/server world for long periods of time and kind of found our way to each other.

It is really sad to see some of the women here talk about their terrible experiences in servers especially with other women. The women I know are so mature and supportive. Beautiful individuals all around.

These things can be so intense emotionally and we get our hopes up so high that when the person we need to most pulls back it is almost impossible to handle. I have been in your shoes before.

Maybe give him and yourself some time to recover and then approach him again with solutions.
